0) Scope (read first)

  • Service areas: United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Optional: GCC & International shipping (enable if applicable).

1) Order processing

  • Cut-off time: Orders paid before [1:00 PM GST] aim to dispatch same or next business day.

  • Business days: Sunday–Thursday (GST); UAE public holidays excluded.

  • COD verification: may add +1 business day.

2) Delivery timelines (typical)

  • Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi city: 1–2 business days.

  • Other Emirates / remote areas: 2–3 business days (+1 if very remote).

  • GCC (if enabled): 3–7 business days.

  • International (if enabled): 5–10 business days (subject to customs).

  • Timelines are estimates; carriers may vary.

3) Shipping fees

  • UAE Standard: AED [X].

  • Free shipping threshold: orders AED [Y]+FREE.

  • GCC / International: rate shown at checkout or flat AED [Z].

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless shipment error is ours.

4) Tracking

  • Tracking link sent by email/SMS when the parcel is handed to the courier.

  • Status updates appear after the first scan by the courier.

5) Address & delivery attempts

  • Provide full address, building, community, working phone number.

  • Courier makes [2] delivery attempts; failed attempts → Return to Sender (RTS) after [5] days.

  • Re-shipping of RTS parcels: additional shipping fee applies.

6) Cash on Delivery (COD) (UAE)

  • COD service fee: AED [COD Fee] (if applicable).

  • Max COD order value: AED [Limit].

  • Keep exact cash ready; ID may be requested by the courier.

7) Click & Collect (optional)

  • Pickup location: [Store / Locker address].

  • Pickup window: collect within [3] days after “Ready for Pickup” SMS/email.

8) Packaging & restricted items

  • Cosmetics are packed to reduce heat & leakage risk.

  • Aerosols/flammables may be ground-only or not eligible for air shipping.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; physical address required.

9) Damaged / missing items on delivery

  • Check parcel on arrival; report damage/shortage within 48 hours with photos (outer box, seal, product).

  • We arrange replacement/refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

10) Lost / delayed shipments

  • Mark as lost if no tracking movement for [7] days (UAE) or [14] days (intl.).

  • We open a carrier investigation and resolve with replacement or refund.

11) Split shipments & back-orders

  • Orders may ship in multiple parcels to speed delivery.

  • Out-of-stock items: back-order or refund as per your choice.

12) Customs & duties (GCC / International only)

  • DAP terms: receiver pays duties, taxes, clearance fees at destination.

  • Customs may open/inspect parcels; delays are outside our control.

13) Non-deliverable addresses

  • If courier marks address insufficient/closed/no answer, parcel returns to us (RTS).

  • Re-delivery requires updated address + new shipping fee.
